PCC receives silver award for service excellence in ARTA’s 2025 RCS

On October 23, the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) received a Silver Award, handed out during the 2025 Report Card Survey (RCS) Awards, a recognition given by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) for exemplary public service delivery and regulatory compliance.
The ARTA RCS Awards honored 59 government agencies nationwide for their performance in the 2024 RCS 2.0 first cycle implementation.
PCC earned a “very satisfactory” rating, reflecting its dedication to streamlined processes, transparent service delivery, and the principles of Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
RCS 2.0 assessed over 900 government offices across the country, measuring compliance with service standards, client satisfaction, and implementation of ARTA’s reform initiatives. Of the 350 national government agencies (NGAs) covered, two NGAs received gold awards, while 18, including PCC, received silver awards.
PCC’s recognition places it among the top-performing agencies that have demonstrated excellence in governance, service quality, and citizen-centered delivery.
