Stakeholders and interested parties are invited to submit feedback on the suitability and effectiveness of the proposed voluntary commitments relating to the proposed sale of the (i) Caliraya Hydroelectric Power Plant (“Caliraya Plant”); (ii) Botocan Hydroelectric Power Plant (“Botocan Plant”); and (iii) Kalayaan Pumped Storage Power Plant (“Kalayaan Plant”) (collectively, the “CBK HEPP” or “Purchased Assets”) by the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (“PSALM”) to Cleanergy 9 Power Inc. (“Cleanergy”) (the “Transaction”), which is currently under review by the Philippine Competition Commission’s (“Commission” or “PCC”) Mergers and Acquisitions Office (“MAO”).
