ABSTRACT:
Bain Capital Investors, LLC (“Bain Capital”) intends to acquire sole control of Toshiba Memory Corporation (“Toshiba Memory”). Bain Capital is a company organised under United States law and the ultimate general partner of numerous private equity funds, each of which is a separate limited partnership that has investments in various companies. K.K. Pangea is part of the Bain Capital Group, while Toshiba Memory is a NAND flash memory and Solid State Drive (SSD) business wholly owned by Toshiba Corporation.
