ABSTRACT:
Federal Land, Inc, leading Philippine real estate developer and wholly-owned subsidiary of GT Capital Holdings, Inc. shall be entering into a joint venture with Orix Risingsun Properties, Inc. The joint venture shall be undertaken by the Parties for the purpose of developing a luxury and branded residential tower located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
