ABSTRACT:
The proposed transaction is the acquisition of Alveo Land, Corp. (Alveo) of several parcels of land located in Makati City, Metro Manila, with an aggregate area of approximately 1.3 hectares, together with all improvements thereon (Property), owned by Antel Land Holdings, Inc. (Antel).
Alveo is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. It is a real estate firm based in the Philippines, primarily engaged in the planning and development of residential, business, commercial, and leisure real estate developments.
Antel is a domestic holding company engaged in the business of purchasing, leasing, selling and development of real estate properties in the Philippines.
