Joint Venture by San Miguel Corporation and Northern Cement Corporation
ABSTRACT:
San Miguel Corporation (“SMC”) and Northern Cement Corporation (“NCC”) have agreed to organize and establish a joint-venture corporation (the “Corporation”) for the purpose of undertaking the construction, development and operation of a cement plant located in Labayug, Sison, Pangasinan and manufacturing, processing, and sale of cement and other products derived therefrom, allied thereto, or necessary therefor. The Corporation shall be 70% owned by SMC and 30% owned by NCC.
