ABSTRACT:
Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd, Dubai (a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai), intends to acquire all shares of Carmel Capital S.à r.l., the 100% holding company of AWAS Aviation Capital DAC, Dublin, from funds managed by Terra Firma Investments (GP) 2 Limited and/or Terra Firma Investments (GP) 3 Limited and CPP Investment Board Private Holdings Inc.
