Acquisition by Altor AB of shares in Transcom Worldwide AB
Abstract
Altor Holding AB (“Altor Holding“) is a private equity fund based in Stockholm, Sweden. Altor Holding proposes to acquire, through public tender offer, at least 90% of the shares in Transcom Worldwide AB (“Transcom“). Transcom, based in Sweden, is a global provider of outsourced multi-channel customer care, sales, technical support, and credit management services to third-party customers. Currently, Altor Holding is Transcom’s largest shareholder, holding 24.3% of its capital and voting rights.
