The Philippine Competition Commission issues Memorandum Circular 16-003, implementing the filing fee requirement of Php 250,000.00 for merger notification and review starting Jan. 14, 2017.
As approved by the Commission on Dec. 22, 2016 and published on broadsheets with general circulation on Dec. 29, 2016, the fees are based on the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 10667 Sec. 5a.
