Ease of Doing Business Month 2025
The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) joins the nation in celebrating the month of May as “The Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month” pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 818, s. 2025. This month-long observance aims to raise awareness, promote reforms, and encourage collaboration among government agencies, the private sector, and the public to enhance ease of doing business in the Philippines.
This initiative is in line with Republic Act No. 11032, or the EODB and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, which mandates government agencies to simplify, standardize, and automate processes to improve service delivery.
