Forums for Businesses aim to strengthen public awareness and understanding of competition law and policy (CLP) and its benefits to stakeholders, particularly among the business community and the consumers. Another objective is to encourage dialogue between the PCC and its key stakeholders about the principal provisions of the Philippine Competition Act (PCA) and the functions and powers of the Commission. It provides a platform for collaborative consultations where stakeholders such as business groups, trade associations, consumer groups and SMEs would be able to ask questions and clarifications about CLP.
