CEO E-Submission Facility
Upload electronic files through the Competition Enforcement Office E-Submission Facility
The CEO E-Submission Facility is an Online Facility where entities may upload electronic copies of their document submissions in compliance with the requests or issuances of the CEO.
Refer to Annex A for a step-by-step guide on uploading documents via the PCC SharePoint Facility.
Refer to Annex B for instructions on using the PCC Client Appointment System (“PCAS”).

Please note that hard copies of submitted documents shall be submitted within five (5) calendar days from electronic filing. To submit hard copies, appointment must be made via PCAS at least two (2) working days in advance.
