Call for Comments: Exposure Drafts regarding Mergers and Acquisitions, Enforcement, and Adjudication Rules
Stakeholders from the legal, academic, business, and policymaking circles, as well as concerned members of the general public, are invited to provide their comments in the Exposure Drafts regarding (i) Mergers and Acquisitions, (ii) Enforcement, and (iii) Adjudication Rules that are under Codification Review by the Philippine Competition Commission.
